SALON ETIQUETTE
At Hair Frenzy Salon & Spa, we know your time is valuable. We strive for excellence in "priority scheduling". We do not schedule more than one client concurrently with the same stylist for multiple hour services. To that end, we ask all clients to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your service. We cannot guarantee services to guests who arrive 15 minutes or later than their scheduled appointment time. An inconvenience fee of $15 will be charged to guests over 20 minutes late. We reserve the right to refuse service and retain deposits of guests who are more than 20 minutes late to an appointment.

Please turn off all cell phones in the salon and spa area. Hair Frenzy Salon & Spa reserves the right to shorten a service if guest(s) is arriving late and the full change of the service will occur. The Stress Relaxing Ritual (Scalp or Hand Massage) may be compromised if guest(s) arrive late.

PRIOR TO LEAVING THE SALON, RESERVE YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT (PRE-BOOK)
Please remember to book your next appointment before leaving the spa or salon to enable Front Desk staff to accommodate your wishes. For your convince online booking is also available.

CANCELLATION
Your appointment has been set aside just for you. That is why we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any or all services scheduled (appointments and packages) at Hair Frenzy Salon and. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for no shows. If you have No-Showed your appointment more than three times you will be required to have a Credit card on file. This will be charged for any additional No-Shows. Prices are subject to change; please confirm prices when booking your appointment.

RE-DO’s
No refund, in case of disagreement (valid by management) the guest has 7 days to come back to receive a complementary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.

GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in any of the services or packages. The customary gratuity for a salon or spa service is 15-20 % at your discretion, and may be left ONLY in cash.

PRICE POLICY & STRUCTURE

All our services and prices are “a la cart “. This means guests choose individual services from a list of options, in which prices are pre-established or fixed.
Our salon and price structure is based on a level system –in which guests chose either designer stylist or master stylist.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are not transferrable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. Hair Frenzy Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Cash (No checks).

PRODUCT RETURNS
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a staff error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. A product may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a retail credit. Final Sale on Promotional or Sale Items.

CELL PHONES
No cell phones are to be used or on in the salon and spa. Please respect others who are receiving relaxing services.

CHILDREN
We cater to children 12 and under Sunday thru Wednesday ONLY with selective stylists.
In order to maintain a relaxing environment we ask that you please leave your children at home unless they have an appointment. Neither our staff nor you can be responsible for your child while you receive services. Age appropriate children may sit by themselves in the lobby however any disturbance to our staff or other guests will be addressed.

AGE REQUIREMENT FOR THE SALON & SPA
Guests must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.

WEDDING AND PARTY PACKAGES
All multi- service packages must be used at the same time and are not transferable. A credit card is required when booking your packages. No gratuities are included with the package price.

•    The balance is due and payable at the time services are provided on the day received.
•    A 100% charge will be applied for all services not cancelled 72 hours in advance.
•    A Private Salon / Spa Party and wedding packages must fill out the appropriate booking form before your services are booked.

PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how Hair Frenzy Salon & Spa collects, secures and uses information that is gathered via its Web site at hairfrenzyonline.com (the “Site”) or via email. (1)If you communicate with Hair Frenzy Salon & Spa via e-mail, or if you otherwise provide your e-mail address to Hair Frenzy Salon & Spa, (2) other information you knowingly provide by filling in online forms, registration forms, surveys, and contest entries, and (3) user-specific information on what pages guests access. Hair Frenzy Salon & Spa & Spa collects information you voluntarily agree to provide through the form provided on the Web site. Hair Frenzy Salon & Spa & Spa does not collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address, unless you voluntarily provide that information to Hair Frenzy Salon & Spa.
